Somatic Movement sessions


Offering 1:1 Compassionate Accompaniment sessions (by appointment) in person or via Skype, Zoom, or WhatsApp call.

Changing habitual patterns that are no longer useful to us begins with body sensing. Slowing down to notice what is happening in us can offer support and balance in how we respond to what is happening around us. Body sensing helps us to listen internally to what is asking for attention bringing awareness of what is needed in the moment to restore balance in our life.

Through re-patterning movements we can create more support and balance in our bodies and our life. Together we look at ways to restore healthy patterns in your nervous system. We do this through developing more attention to breath and awareness of the subtle language of movement.
